We strive to avoid any errors or omissions on our website but reserve the right to cancel undelivered orders based on inaccurate information.

To provide our clients with up-to-date and accurate information, we continuously implement real-time updates to our online superstore. Corrections of any errors and/or omissions can occur at any time without prior notice. This information may include, but is not limited to, pricing, availability, suggested use, fitment, compatibility, and warranties.


Shipments to Canada are treated as all other international shipments. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed on import shipments by the Canadian government.

Shipments to HI, AK, PR, APOs, and Canada may require extra shipping charges.

Please note: If the billing address you provide does not match the one on file with your credit card company, it may cause delays. Ensure this is cleared with your credit card company before submitting your order. All deliveries require a customer signature.

Total Delivery Time = Manufacturing Time + Shipping Time

We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS Ground/Air shipping services to ensure fast and safe delivery. Available shipping methods may vary by product type. If the merchandise is in stock, it will be shipped the next business day, and delivery can be tracked through the FedEx, USPS, and UPS websites. Dash kits typically take 5-7 business days to manufacture, while some Real Carbon Fiber and Real Wood Kits take 6-8 days due to more complex manufacturing processes. Orders shipped via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground usually arrive in 4-6 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

We use the latest online shopping technology and guarantee fast, easy, and secure credit card transactions. We accept all major credit cards. Phone orders are also welcome during regular business hours at 1-754-204-2100.

Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order is successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued upon receipt at our warehouse and will be processed via the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal). The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus applicable shipping charges. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment. If an item ships post-cancellation, it may be returned at no cost to the client.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact our customer service department immediately. Do not attempt to use or install the part. We will send a replacement part and provide a prepaid return label for the defective part. Products must be returned within 14 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pickup by the courier.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Faster Option: Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using the standard Return Procedure for the part you wish to return. Upon return of the part, a refund will be issued promptly.
  2. Slower Option: Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need to exchange. Specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange in your request. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will process an exchange and ship the new part. Any price differences will be either refunded or charged accordingly.

Return Procedure

To return a product, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This can be done by:

  • Logging into your account, selecting "Return Product" in the Self-Service options for the product you wish to return: Return Product

You will receive an email with an RMA form, including the exact return address and detailed return instructions. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing, as we often need a manufacturer's response.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed during the holiday season (November 15th to December 31st), the return period is extended to 60 days. The following rules apply:

  • All returns must follow our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.
  • Products must be in original packaging and in new, resalable condition.
  • Any used or fully/partially installed product is non-returnable.
  • Freight, international, and non-continental US returns are accepted, but shipping costs are not covered. Coordination of return shipping is the client's responsibility.
  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Items marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page) cannot be returned.
  • Personalized items (custom engraved, embroidered, or painted) cannot be returned.
  • Wheels and tires cannot be returned.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, items are non-returnable. Please do not return your defective item, as all our parts are marked with an invisible mark, and we will know the difference.
